Skills:
Troubleshoots computer Hardware and Software issues
Install hardware devices in computer
Install device drivers for hardware installed
Install Windows XP Professional Operating System Software.
Sets up cable connection for a computer Network
Install, Configure and Administrator Windows 2003 network
Segmenting Networks with Switches, Hubs and Routers
Implementing permissions for files and folders through NTFS
Creating, maintaining and configuring users, groups and GPO’s though Active Directory
Installing and Implementing network services such as DNS, WINS and DHCP
Design, implement and maintain Network infrastructure & Active Directory infrastructure
Design and implement network security-using Sonic Wall Firewall
Design and maintain WAN using CISCO routers
Troubleshoot inter-networking problems
Troubleshoot and Maintain Blackberry Server and Device issues
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Must have functional knowledge of all Office Applications i.e Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Must feel comfortable to give presentations to groups
Telecom Knowledge desired
Education:
Must have a degree in a computer related field. Certifications are desired
